§ 71.02 BOARD OF WORKS TO MAINTAIN OFFICIAL TRAFFIC SIGNAGE.
   The Board of Works is authorized to establish, designate, and maintain all official traffic devices, lines, markings, or symbols on the surface of any roadway, public right-of-way, or alleys.
