§ 71.01 POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS REGULATE TRAFFIC IN EMERGENCY.
   In the event of a fire or other emergency, or to expedite traffic or safeguard pedestrians, officers of the Police or Fire Departments may direct traffic as conditions require.
