§ 116.38 NOTICE OF INFECTIOUS OR CONTAGIOUS DISEASE.
   Notice shall be sent to the Director of Health immediately by the operator of any massage parlor or establishment in which any case of infectious, contagious or communicable disease occurs, and no person infected with the disease shall be employed in any manner by the massage parlor or establishment.
