Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation, and, on conviction therefor, in addition to having the permittee's permit revoked or placed on probation in accordance with § 116.35, the person may also be fined not less than $10, nor more than $100, for each offense. Each day that any person continues to violate any provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
