§ 99.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter to which no other specific penalty applies shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 99.01 shall be subject to the fines and penalties listed in § 37.02.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 99.15 or 99.21 or §§ 99.50 or 99.54 shall be fined not more than $2,500. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   The penalty for violating § 99.39 shall be $100 per day.
