§ 92.16 DISPOSITION OF COLLECTED FEES.
   The city's Fiscal Officer shall deposit the remitted fees in a separate fund known as the "City of New Albany Emergency Telephone System Fund". The city's Fiscal Officer may invest money in the Fund in the same manner that other monies are invested, with the interest earned from the investment to be deposited in that Fund.
