(A) This section applies to the Bureau.
(B) If the person who owns or hold a lien upon a vehicle does not appear within 20 days after the mailing of a notice under § 90.23 of this subchapter, the Bureau shall sell the vehicle or parts to the highest bidder at a public sale. Notice of the sale shall be given under I.C. 5-3-1, except only one newspaper insertion one week before the public sale is required.
