§ 90.10 INABILITY TO DETERMINE OWNERSHIP; DECLARING VEHICLE ABANDONED.
   If the person who owns a vehicle cannot be determined by a search under § 90.23 of this subchapter, the Bureau shall declare the vehicle abandoned and provide for the disposal under this subchapter.
