§ 90.09 NOTICE TO BUREAU OF VEHICLE DISCOVERED IN POSSESSION OF PERSON OTHER THAN OWNER.
   The Bureau shall be notified within 72 hours of the location and description of a vehicle described in § 90.08 of this subchapter. Upon receipt of notification, the Bureau shall cause a search to be made to determine and notify the person who owns the vehicle under § 90.23 of this subchapter.
