§ 90.07 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER.
   The person who owns an abandoned vehicle or parts of a vehicle is responsible for the abandonment and liable for all of the costs incidental to the removal, storage and disposal of the vehicle or parts of a vehicle under this subchapter.
