§ 90.01 ADOPTION OF STATE PROCEDURES AND FEES BY REFERENCE.
   The city adopts and incorporates the procedures and fees set forth under I.C. 9-22-1-1 through 9-22-1-32 and the city is authorized to remove and dispose of abandoned vehicles, as defined thereon.
