§ 72.70 POLICE TO PATROL DISTRICTS WITH TIME-LIMIT PARKING.
   It shall be the duty of the Metropolitan Police Commissioners to appoint or have appointed one or more members of the Police Department to patrol the districts within the business or commercial districts as herein designated in this title for time-limit parking.
