§ 72.59 DESIGNATION OF SPECIAL PARKING SPACES.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety is given authority by this subchapter to designate special parking places in the city for disabled persons. The Board shall have the right to change these parking spaces from time to time without amendment of this subchapter.
