§ 72.32 LEASING A PARKING SPACE.
   (A)   The spaces within the parking lots shall be leased on a monthly basis for a fee of $10 per month.
   (B)   The City Clerk shall collect parking fees and provide each lessee with a parking permit to be displayed in his or her vehicle.
   (C)   It shall be the responsibility of the lessee to renew and display the parking permit in order to avoid penalty.
