Any person desiring to conduct or engage in the sale for gain at public auction of jewelry, including solid or plated platinum, gold or silver pieces, or imitations thereof; precious, semi-precious or synthetic jewels or imitations thereof, with or without settings; watches and chains; rings; pins; necklaces; bracelets; earrings; or obtain a jewelry auction license, and pay the fee provided in § 110.02. Each license shall terminate automatically at the end of the period for which it is issued, which shall not exceed 30 days.
