§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.30 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 96.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on their first offense, a fourth degree misdemeanor if the person has on prior conviction of this offense and a third degree misdemeanor if the person has two or more prior convictions.

   (C)   Whoever violates §§ 96.02 to 96.04 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor as defined in R.C. § 2929.21 for the first offense. Each subsequent offense under § 96.02 may be brought as fourth degree misdemeanor.
