§ 77.30 SIDEWALK VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to supply code enforcement officers, police officers and meter attendants with citation tags, for the purpose of giving notice to persons violating provisions of §§ 77.28 and 77.29.
   (B)   The notice may be given by delivering such tag to the violator, or by affixing it to the vehicle by means of which the violation occurred. The citation tags shall direct the violator to appear and to present such tag at a designated office of the city at or before a date and hour specified thereon.
