(A) No motorized or non-motorized devices shall be ridden on the following sidewalks: Public Square, Columbus Street within one block west of the Public Square and Washington Street within one block west of the Public Square. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters and segways.
(B) Walking with said devices in the restricted area is permitted. Individuals with mobility disabilities may continue to use manual/power wheelchairs or scooters, and manually-powered mobility aids provided that the user operates the device at a speed not to exceed pedestrian traffic.
