§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.30 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 52.34 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $150 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (2)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the city by reason of such violation.

   (C)   Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, representation or certification in any application, record, report, plan or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter, or who falsifies, tampers with or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $100. Each occurrence may be regarded as a separate offense.
