§ 31.01 ADOPTION OF MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
   The minimum employment standards for law enforcement officers, as established and adopted by the state’s Commission on Law Enforcement Standards in accordance with Public Act 203 of 1965, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 28.601 through 28.616, are hereby adopted by reference as the minimum employment standards for law enforcement officers of the city.
