The City Manager or designee may cause for a public bus stop(s) to be created within the city, to provide for safe pick-up and drop-off sites within the city and to promote public transportation. When such designation is applied, such space shall be clearly marked upon the pavement, curb, and be signed for such, indicating what restrictions may apply for this designation.
