§ 51.61 RELATION TO PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM.

(A) No well, spring, or other water supply shall be permitted for residential, commercial or industrial usage when property is adjacent to the public water system.

(B) Exclusions are available for vegetative growth water usage as approved by the Planning and Zoning Administrator or Planning Commission; however the well must comply with all Health Department regulations.
