(A) The jurisdiction of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall extend to the hearing of appeals including the interpretation of the zoning map as well as decisions upon all matters referred to the Board or upon which the Board is required to decide pursuant to this Zoning Code. As apart of any decision, the Board may impose conditions which shall become a part of any zoning permit issued.
(B) The Board may call upon the City Manager to secure the assistance of any city department in the performance of its duties and it shall be the duty of such other departments to render such assistance as may be reasonably required.
