The applicant shall deposit with the local government, at the time of submission of the final plat for approval, the sum of $50 for each road sign required. The city shall install all road signs prior to issuing certificates of occupancy for any residence. Street name signs shall be placed at all intersections within or abutting the subdivision, the type and location of which shall be approved by the City Engineer.
