§ 155.176 SELF-IMPOSED RESTRICTIONS.
   If an owner places restrictions on any of the land contained in a subdivision that are greater than those required by the Zoning Code or these subdivision regulations, such restrictions or references thereto shall be indicated on the subdivision plat, and the restrictive covenants shall be recorded with the county’s Register of Deeds in a form approved by the City Attorney.
