§ 155.143 REQUIREMENTS FOR RESUBDIVISIONS, REPLATS, AND THE LIKE.

(A) Any proposed resubdivision, replat, amended plat, urban renewal plat, or vacation of any part of any recorded subdivision plat located within the corporate limits of the city shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the requirements of the Subdivision Control Act, being Public Act 288 of 1967, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 325.201 to 325.214.

(B) The City Council shall be advised as to the status of all proceedings as noted in division (A) above and as required under the Subdivision Control Act.
