§ 155.142 AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   For the purpose of providing for the public health, safety, and general welfare, the Planning Commission may from time to time amend these subdivision regulations.
   (B)   Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by the city in the manner prescribed by law.
