SECTION 18.8 COPIES OF CHARTER.
   It shall be the duty of the City Manager to maintain in the office of the City Clerk at all times an adequate number of copies of this Charter, It shall be the duty of the Mayor or presiding officer to present to each newly elected Councilmember a copy of this Charter at the first meeting attended by such newly elected Councilmember.
