SECTION 18.5 PERSON DEFINED; GENDER REFERENCES.
   Where the terms “person” and “persons” are used in this Charter, the same shall be deemed to include any individual, individuals, firm, partnership, association or corporation. Where the masculine gender is used in this charter, it shall be deemed to include the feminine gender also.
