SECTION 17.5 DOCKET.
   Such Justice of the Peace shall enter in the docket kept by him or her the title of all suits and prosecutions commenced or prosecuted before him or her, including all violations of the Charter and ordinances of the City, and all proceedings and judgments rendered in such causes and the items of all costs taxed or allowed therein and also the amounts and dates of payment of all fines, penalties and forfeitures, moneys and costs received by him or her on account of such suits or proceedings. Such docket shall be submitted by the Justice at all reasonable times for the examination of any persons desiring to examine the same and shall be produced by the Justice for the Council whenever required. All fines, penalties, forfeitures and moneys collected or received by such Justice for or on account of violations of any provisions of the Charter or ordinances of the City, shall be paid over by such Justice to the City Treasurer on or before the first day of the next month after the collection or receipt thereof, and the Justice shall take the receipt of the City Treasurer therefor and file the same with the City Clerk.
