SECTION 14.5 DONATIONS.
   The City shall be authorized to accept any gift of property, or cash, by trust or otherwise, for the furtherance of any Municipal purpose or object, and the City may, by ordinance, provide for the establishment and administration of any trust fund in the furtherance of any Municipal purpose or object.
