SECTION 13.1 OPERATION FOR BENEFIT OF CITY.
   The several Municipally owned utilities, together with any utilities hereafter acquired, shall be operated for the benefit of the City of Negaunee and its inhabitants, subject to the right of the City to extend its service beyond the corporate limits of the City.
