The applicant shall install sanitary sewer facilities in a manner prescribed by the local government construction standards and specifications. All plans shall be designed in accordance with the rules, regulations, and standards of the City Engineer, the state’s Department of Natural Resources, and other appropriate agencies. Plans shall be approved by the aforementioned agencies. Necessary action shall be taken by the applicant to extend or create a Sanitary Sewer District for the purpose of providing sewerage facilities to the subdivision where no district exists for the land to be subdivided.
