SECTION 9.9 COLLECTION OF PENALTIES BY CITY TREASURER.
   The City Treasurer shall collect, for the benefit of the City, such collection charges, fees and penalties upon all taxes paid as are provided for in the general property tax laws for the State of Michigan.
