§ 155.047 SKETCH PLAT INFORMATION; NOTATIONS.

   All information required on a sketch plat should also be shown on the preliminary plat, and the following notations shall also be shown:

   (A)   An explanation of drainage easements, if any;

   (B)   An explanation of site easements, if any;

   (C)   An explanation of reservations, if any; and

   (D)   An endorsement of the owner, as follows.
