SECTION 9.4 NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF BOARD OF REVIEW.
   The City Clerk shall give notice to the public of the time and place of meetings of the Board of Review, by publication at least twice in a newspaper having general circulation in the City, at least six (6) days immediately preceding such meeting, and also by posting three (3) copies of such notice in each voting precinct in the City.
