§ 155.045 IN GENERAL.
   The preliminary plat shall be prepared under the direct supervision of a registered engineer or a registered land surveyor in accordance with the requirements set forth in these regulations and in accordance with all applicable sections of the Subdivision Control Act, being Public Act 288 of 1967, as amended.
