(A) In general. The final subdivision plat shall be prepared in accordance with the regulations of §§ 132 through 151, inclusive, of the Subdivision Control Act, being Public Act 288 of 1967, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ M.C.L.A. §§ 560.132 through 560.151, and shall reflect any changes or additions required by resolution of the Planning Commission, as shown on the preliminary plat. The preliminary plat may be used as the final subdivision plat if it meets these requirements and is in accordance with any revisions required under the Planning Commission’s resolution.
(B) Preparation. The final subdivision plat shall be prepared under the direct supervision of a land surveyor registered by the state and said plat shall comply with all requirements of these subdivision regulations and the requirements of the Subdivision Control Act, being Public Act 288 of 1967, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293.
(C) Survey procedures. All survey procedures will be in accordance with the Subdivision Control Act, being Public Act 288 of 1967, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293.
