(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 151.20 through 151.27 is responsible for a municipal civil infraction and shall be fined not more than $100 for a first offense and not more than $500 for a subsequent offense, in the discretion of the court, in addition to all other remedies provided by law.
