§ 151.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CHAIRPERSON. The Chairperson of the Planning Commission as provided for in this subchapter.
   CITY. The City of Negaunee.
   COMMISSION. The Planning Commission of the city as established by this subchapter.
   COUNCIL. The City Council of the city.
