All work undertaken pursuant to any permit issued hereunder shall be in full compliance with the Zoning Code and other codes pertaining to water and street excavation. In addition to the fees for permits herein provided for, the applicant shall pay the fees prescribed in any applicable code. Fees for permits under this subchapter shall be charged and collected in accordance with the schedule thereof fixed by Council by resolution from time to time. Such fees shall be sufficient to pay for the cost of administration and inspections required by this subchapter.
