§ 150.02 ENFORCEMENT; FEES.
   (A)   The Building Inspector shall have the power and duty to enforce the provisions of this subchapter; and all fees provided herein shall be paid to the City Clerk. All permits shall be issued by the Building Inspector.
   (B)   The term “ Building Inspector,” as used in this subchapter, means the Building Inspector or any other officer of the city designated by the City Manager having the duty to enforce the building regulations of the city.
