§ 113.01 PURPOSE.
   (A)   The city recognizes a compelling interest in establishing standards and procedures for the operation of medical and adult-use marijuana establishments within the city.
   (B)   Such standards are an important factor supportive of the general health, safety, and welfare of all of the citizens of the city.
