§ 96.09 SEIZING ANIMALS.

(A) It shall be lawful for any person to seize an animal at large upon his or her property in violation of this chapter or the statutes of the state and to turn the animal over to the law enforcement officer.

(B) In no event shall the provisions of this chapter exonerate a person from compliance with the criminal laws of the state, including the safe discharge of firearms.
