§ 95.28 EXPECTORATING, DEFECATING, OR URINATING IN PUBLIC PLACES.

No person shall expectorate, defecate, or urinate on or in any public place, provided that this subchapter shall not be construed to prohibit such activity in bathrooms or restrooms designated and maintained for that purpose.
