§ 95.09 REMOVAL OF POSTED SIGN OR NOTICE.

No person shall remove, damage, deface, interfere with, move, or conceal any notice or sign posted in accordance with the provision of this subchapter without first obtaining permission of the city or having first abated the nuisance.
