§ 91.34 USE OF CONCRETE ROUGH BOXES OR VAULTS.
   (A)   The use of concrete rough boxes or vaults shall be compulsory for all burials requiring a five foot or larger opening.
   (B)   These boxes shall be constructed of concrete of proper mix and properly reinforced to withstand a minimum compressive force of 4,500 pounds per square inch.
