SECTION 2.12 AFFIDAVITS OF ELIGIBILITY.
   No nomination petition shall be received for filing by the City Clerk unless the candidate named therein also files with the City Clerk prior thereto his or her affidavit stating that he or she possesses all of the qualifications specified by this Charter.
