§ 90.05 VIOLATIONS.
   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of the BOCA National Fire Prevention Code, as adopted in § 90.01, or any order issued under authority of the same, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99.
