(A) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the BOCA National Fire Prevention Code, as adopted in § 90.01, and a provision of this chapter or any ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation of the city, or between any of the provisions of such code, the more restrictive provision, or the stricter standard, shall control.
(B) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of such code and any provision of state law, the state law shall control.
